Steve Salis began his entrepreneurial career in NYC by buying and selling restaurants and the buildings in which they were located. This led him to co-found &pizza. As CEO, he built the fast-casual pizza concept to a nine-figure valuation and exited in 2019.

Steve continued his growth trajectory as the founder and CEO of Washington D.C.- based Catalogue, a diversified holding company that owns brands in the hospitality, consumer, leisure, real estate, and retail sectors including Ted’s Bulletin, Federalist Pig, Honeymoon Chicken, Sidekick Bakery, and Kramerbooks.
